Who we are
PaceOps provides B2B prospecting, training, analytics and managed sales-development services. PaceOps is responsible for the personal information described on this page. Questions or requests can be sent to enquiries@paceops.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide when you book a meeting, contact us, apply for a role or use Pace, our AI prospecting assistant. This can include your name, work email, phone number, company, role, business needs and the content of your inquiry.
If you start a Pace chat or voice experience, we store the conversation transcript, the business context you provide and the qualification summary created from that conversation. Pace may search publicly available websites using the company name or website you provide. Please do not include confidential, sensitive or special-category information.
If you allow optional cookies, we also collect website usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, campaign links, approximate country, browser or device information and session activity. Our servers also process IP address and technical request information for security, rate limiting and service operation.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service or response you request, operate and secure the website, prepare relevant follow-up, improve PaceOps services and understand marketing performance. Depending on the activity, we rely on your consent, steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, or a legal obligation.
A discovery-call request is used to arrange and follow up on that meeting. A careers email and resume are used for recruitment and candidate communication. We do not use these submissions to place you on an unrelated marketing list.
Pace conversations
When you choose to use Pace, your messages or microphone audio are processed to provide an AI-generated reply. Chat and voice transcripts are stored securely in our ProspectAnalytics workspace. They may be reviewed by the PaceOps team to understand your request, improve the experience and arrange relevant human follow-up.
Pace is clearly identified as AI. Its replies, research observations and call briefs may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date and should be checked before being relied upon. AI helps prepare information; it does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Service providers
We use trusted specialist providers to operate website hosting, communications, analytics and AI-assisted features. Information is shared only where needed to deliver the relevant feature, protect the service or meet our legal obligations. We do not publish confidential details of our technology or security architecture.
Sharing, transfers and retention
Service providers process information under applicable confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations and, where they act for us, on our instructions. We may also disclose information to professional advisors, in a business reorganization, where required by law or to protect our services. We do not sell personal information.
Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, security and resolving disputes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal information, or object to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
To exercise a right, email enquiries@paceops.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
