These terms apply when you access the PaceOps website, use Pace or submit a discovery-call request. By continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its interactive features.
This is a business and professional information website. Website content and a discovery-call request do not create a client relationship, employment relationship, offer, guarantee or contract for PaceOps services. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.
AI experiences and third-party technology
Pace is an AI system, not a human advisor. It relies on specialist third-party services to provide AI, public-web research and voice features. Those services may be unavailable, delayed or changed and may process inputs to provide the requested experience. Our underlying technology, suppliers and security architecture are confidential.
AI-generated replies, public-web observations, transcripts, recommendations and call briefs can contain errors, omissions or outdated information. They are provided for general demonstration and business-discussion purposes only. They are not legal, financial, employment, regulatory or other professional advice. You must independently check important information and remain responsible for decisions or actions taken from any output.
Do not submit confidential information, credentials, trade secrets, sensitive personal data or material you do not have permission to share. PaceOps is not responsible for consequences caused by submitting prohibited or unnecessary information.
Website content, claims and availability
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may be changed without notice and may not always be complete, current or error-free. Services, program structures, availability and features shown on the site may change.
Case studies, testimonials, pipeline figures and other performance examples describe particular circumstances. They do not promise or guarantee that another organization will achieve the same outcome. Commercial results depend on factors including market conditions, proposition, data, execution and client participation.
We may suspend, restrict or withdraw any part of the site for maintenance, security, misuse or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, submit harmful or deceptive content, test or bypass security, interfere with availability, scrape at unreasonable scale, reverse engineer protected functionality, impersonate another person or use automated systems to abuse public AI and booking features.
You must have the right to submit any information you provide. We may limit or block access where reasonably necessary to protect visitors, PaceOps, our clients or our providers.
Intellectual property and external links
The PaceOps name, service names, methodology, website design, software and original content are owned by or licensed to PaceOps and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate business purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative commercial materials without permission.
Third-party names, logos, testimonials and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Links and public-web results can lead to websites PaceOps does not control. A link or AI reference does not mean PaceOps endorses that site, its accuracy, availability or practices.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its free AI demonstrations are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, availability or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaceOps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, business, goodwill or data arising from use of—or inability to use—the website, reliance on AI-generated output, third-party services or external links.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If you use the site as a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, technology or law. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
These terms are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory right you may have to bring a claim elsewhere.
